RealEstateMachine.com is a division of Surfing Circle based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Surfing Circle was founded in November 2000 with the goal of creating an International network of websites that maintain optimum search engine standings.

This service was created so a select number of real estate agents could enjoy the high level of Internet sales success our founder Russ Hunter, a former real estate agent, enjoys. The knowledge of the essential real estate website components combined with an established track record equals success!

About Russ Hunter

Russ began studying for his real estate license while in his last term at the University of Waterloo. He started off at Royal LePage in Waterloo, Ontario on December 1996 and in August of 1998, moved to the local Remax office.

While he loved selling real estate, he hated what had to be done to generate business. He tried everything: FSBO's, expireds, special reports, etc. Getting business wasn't a problem but it took a lot of time and there was loads of rejection. Once he built a website and figured out the search engines, leads began to come in on a regular basis and prospecting was a thing of the past!

Buyers were his main source of business and 80% came directly from the website. He never advertised as he rarely had listings so if it weren't for the search engines, he would've been forced to prospect. Instead, he generated so many leads that he had the luxury of being able to choose who he wanted to work with and demanded all of his clients signed buyer contracts before taking them out to view homes.

In July 2001, Russ retired from selling real estate directly and passes his online leads to agents in his old office. He has realized the ultimate dream -- making money selling real estate while sitting at home and doing nothing. This allows him to concentrate 100% on promoting other real estate agents online so that they too can enjoy the same success.
