As a real estate agent, I know what does and doesn't work. I have used this website, and continue to use this website to generate leads and make sales. How long does it take to get good search engine positions?

It really depends on how large your city is and how competitive it is. Some cities have taken between three to four months while others can take up to six months. There are no guarantees with search engines but we’re extremely good at what we do and have a proven track record to back it up.

It’s competitive because every real estate agent in your city wants to rank highly. It’s a combination of how the page is designed and a proven search engine submission strategy. This is what your monthly fee covers - submissions, tweaking of pages, and a monthly reassessment of where you rank.

Do I really need to rank highly?

Yes! It’s critical to your success. If you pay for a website and don’t monitor its success in the search engines, it’s like having a fancy suit and never taking it out of the closet!
