As a real estate agent, I know what does and doesn't work. I have used this website, and continue to use this website to generate leads and make sales. The sites are optimized and designed with the search engines in mind rather than with flash, frames and high tech images which hinder the search engine process and take too long to load. They're then spidered by the major search engines including Google, Yahoo, MSN and many others on a regular basis.

What features does your website have?

How long does it take to get good search engine positions?

It really depends on how large your city is and how competitive it is. Some cities have taken between three to four months while others can take up to six months or longer. There are no guarantees with search engines but we’re extremely good at what we do and have a proven track record to back it up.

What is a Search Engine?

A server or a collection of servers dedicated to indexing Internet web pages, storing the results and returning lists of pages which match particular queries. The indexes are normally generated using spiders. Some of the major search engines are Google, MSN, Yahoo and AOL. The term "search engine" is also often used to describe both directories and search engines.

What do I need to know about search engines?

You don't need to know any details, only that prospects every day go home to their computer, go to a search engine such as MSN.com and type in the search box Your city real estate. A set of results come up of websites which match the query - probably your competitors! The goal is to come up in the first couple of pages, have prospects go through to your website and fill out a request for more information. Voila! A lead!

How do you get to the top of the search engines?

It's competitive because every real estate agent in your city wants to rank highly. It's a combination of how the page is designed and a proven search engine submission strategy. This is what your monthly fee covers - submissions, tweaking of pages, and a monthly reassessment of where you rank.

Do I really need to rank highly?

Yes! It's critical to your success. If you pay for a website and don't monitor its success in the search engines, it's like having a fancy suit and never taking it out of the closet! You miss out on so much potential business. All my sales in my last two years of real estate came from Buyer leads from my website - that's with NO advertising and NO listings!

I already have great search engine spots with my other website. Why do I need this service?

Congratulations -- you are ahead of the game; however, wouldn't it be great to have more than one great spot? The more websites the better - the goal is to dominate the search engines so your competition can't! This means one less spot for your competition and one additional spot for you!

We look for local and national Internet directories and add your link for you free of charge. This saves you time so you're able to do what you do best - sell real estate!

How much does it cost?

There's an initial set-up fee of $97 and a monthly fee of $12 (Canadian funds) for the basic website service and $25 per month for the more advanced version which allows you to post your own listings and also gives you the ability to add an unlimited amount of additional pages.
